Overview
Located along the garden route, only 10 km from Stellenbosch, Lyngrove Wines & Guesthouse features large gardens with an outdoor pool and tennis court. Free Wi-Fi access is available. Each of the rooms is individually decorated and has an en suite bathroom. Some rooms have a private patio and all come equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV, air-conditioning and tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast is prepared fresh daily and served in the elegant dining room featuring large windows and garden views. Guests can use the barbecue facilities to enjoy a traditional braai, and the bar serves a variety of drinks. After breakfast, guests can relax in the lounge of beside the open fire or enjoy a game of billiards in the games room. Free private parking is available and a shuttle can be requested to Cape Town International Airport, 27 km away. Somerset West is only a 12 km drive from the Lyngrove Guest House.

The Manager is super friendly and so accommodating for all our needs. the location is amazing with a gorgeous view of the mountains, and a quiet serene setting but close enough to good restaurants.

Stunning Guest House. Just so lovely and everything was perfect. Michele was so helpful and just a lovely person. Rooms were more than expected. Oh and the wines were good and we now have a new favourite Chenin

The location is beautiful, and the staff were lovely. Bella was a joy. The property must have been absolutely beautiful in its original days, but we had a lovely time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

“A most enjoyable stay”
Michel met us on arrival. We were warmly welcomed and shown to our room and taken on a tour around the premises. We had booked the weekend as we were attending a wedding so sadly did not make use of their catering facilities. They were on offer though. The Guest House is on a beautiful wine farm with stunning views. We had a most comfortable stay. It is within easy reach of Somerset West and Stellenbosch. There are many restaurants in close proximity to the Guest House.

“Piece of history!”
Great place that put you back in times. You are taking place in a movie! House is just a piece of history and your room like your flat back home. Place around also beautiful with grape fields.
