Very modern and chic, the views were beautiful. The staff were excellent, so helpful and accommodating. Everything was clean and nice my laid out.

Loved the area to sit out in front or the cliffs . Loved the private pool area close to the cliffs . Beds were very comfortable and loved the bathroom and the amenities provided .

Spacious hotel with very nice amenities such as gym, pool, spa, etc. Very nice view to the sea from the suite to which we were upgraded.

The overall location is quite nice, situated on the coast with great views especially at sunset. The front of house ( Amanda and Mary) really saved this overall poor stay. They couldnt have done more.

Hotel is absolutely beautiful, the views are incredible and you get amazing sunsets in the evening. The pool is stunning and the pool bar staff very friendly. Female staff at the reception desk and the hotel manager were all helpful, friendly and kind. Location is a bit far from Chania but the hotel helped us to book taxis promptly. Breakfast is great and pool bar cocktails were lovely!

Room: The room was very clean, spacious, and beautiful, and the bed was comfortable. However, both bathrobes were completely worn out. The rooftop terrace, where you could watch the sunset, was very nice and spacious.

The basic infrastructure and design of the hotel was nice. With proper management and services (which are lacking) it could be a nice hotel, despite being located at a rather uninteresting and difficult to reach extremity of the Souda peninsula.

Beautiful location. The rooms and hotel generally are clean and nicely designed and comfortable. The spa treatments were great.

All in all, this was a superb stay. The hotel is very nice overall, built in a very picturesque location. The staff was awesome, very friendly and very helpful! The room was spacious and well-equipped, with beautiful sea views. The bed was really comfortable, as were the pillows, giving us good quality sleep. Breakfast was very tasty and so was the buffet restaurant. The bar was amazing, with brilliant staff and fantastic drinks! This is a highly recommended resort.

The hotel has a nice view and it's in a quiet area of the city, if that's what you're looking for. Some of the staff are attentive and helpful, happy to support with bookings or recommendations.

“Bliss”

Amazing faultless we’d come again. The desk and management are amazing the best Hilton by far I’ve ever stayed in. I’ve forgotten the managers name (sorry) but she is a credit to Hilton in every way. Probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.
