Great location & host. Lovely bungalow on the beach, the low wall around the property meant we could still sunbathe during the high winds & waves.

We had a fantastic stay at Gianna’s House! The location is perfect – right by the sea with stunning views and crystal-clear water. The house is very cozy, clean, and fully equipped with everything you need, from kitchen essentials to hot water and even a first aid kit. There are plenty of tavernas and cafes nearby, and Chania is easy to reach by car or bus. The beaches around are beautiful and the atmosphere is peaceful. Most importantly, the hosts truly care about their guests and make you feel welcome. We would love to come back again – highly recommended!

“Restful stay in Stavros”
Our host, Apostelo, met us at the house with the keys and explained everything to us, eg hot water switch, keys, fruit & water ready for us. He was very quick to respond on a couple of queries we had later. Air con in the bedroom was much appreciated as was the reliable wifi. It was spotlessly clean and well stocked with lots of towels, linen, cleaning products etc. The location was excellent for the sandy beach and local restaurants. It was a very peaceful spot and we loved watching the sunset and the passing ships. The different areas to sit with either a table or on the sun loungers were useful to always find sun or shade as needed. We didn't have a rental car as everything we needed - friendly supermarket & bus stop to Chania, was nearby.

“Didn’t want to leave !”
The house was equipped with everything you would have in your own home. Very close to the safe beach . Next door to a wonderful restaurant and close to a couple of others.Sound of the sea was hypnotising .Seating areas all around the outside of the house so you could choose from different views . Loved it.

I was there 2 months. It's really very nice and clean. But for a longer stay there is no washing machine, no storage tank in the kitchen, in which you can store groceries. And a chest of drawers in the bedroom would be beneficial.

“Fantastic and special place - very kind host and a house where you easily feel at home”
Our host met us even though we arrived late in the evening the house was tidy and everything we needed was there even wine and fruits as welcoming presents the house is typically greek countryhuse and the view with sea and a huge mountain is wondeful I enjoyed having a refreshening dusch outside looking at the sea and mountains
