“Excellent staff, Clean Rooms and quiet”

The location was great for me, I was just a few miles from my corporate office. It was a very quiet hotel, which was great for resting after a 4 hours drive.

Austin and Megan at the front desk are absolutely lovely. They were so kind and helpful during our stay. The lady at breakfast is the best. She truly makes the morning so enjoyable.

The breakfast was excellent and the price was great. They had games one could borrow😊. I would have given a 10, but could not turn the fan off on the air/heat; also the blow dryer did not work. Otherwise, it was excellent—comfortable beds, very clean bathroom. I would stay again.

Location/ linda in the breakfast area was very friendly . The room was nice. However, we had to wait after 3 o’clock to get a room. We did not have any wash clause in the room.

We had traveled all day. Weather was bad. Hotel was close to where we ate and looked like a good place to stay.

This hotel totally disappointed me. After being told that I could not cancel my reservation without being charged the full price, of course we decided to stay. With this being said, if this establishment does not allow for cancellations without continuing to charge the full room price, I would expect this establishment to be up to par. Firstly,I was told that I would receive an “ upgraded “ room in lieu of not being able to cancel. If our room was an upgrade, I am horrified at the thought of what the traditional room may have been like. I asked for a manager and was told that no one was there, just the front desk attendant who seemed uninterested in helping. I asked if I could at least see the room before we decided to proceed with our stay and was told they didn’t have time. I will say that I am very picky when it comes to hotel stays in their defense. If it looks unclean/unkept, I will not stay which is why I asked to view the room first since they told me they were going to charge us whether we chose to stay there or not. I just felt like the staff didn’t really care about my concerns and seemed very nonchalant about serving me as an occupant. So when we arrived on the 4th floor, and walked out of the elevator the floors were not vacuumed at at there were grapes and grape stems all over the floors in the hallway, trash and paper all over the floors and at that point I knew this was not going to turn out well, ( but like I said before, I am extremely picky ) when it comes to hotel cleanliness. So we arrive to our “upgraded” room and the door is already unlocked and partially open, I push it all the way open and there is a gentleman inside stating that he’s doing touch up painting this room, he apologized , told us he would leave and not to touch the walls. Seriously!! The carpet was not vacuumed at all, there were spots on the comforter, and the walls were very dirty…. mind you, this is supposed to be an upgraded room.
