“Where it not for the checking issue I loved my suite”
I would’ve given this property the highest of ratings however, after a 6 Hour Dr. when it came time to check in, my room wasn’t ready. In fact it wasn’t ready for over an hour. It was chaos in the lobby and people are canceling their reservations to go somewhere else. I reached out to Hilton but they couldn’t help me because I booked through booking.com. I put two messages into booking.com about this issue and haven’t yet received A reply. Also disappointing. It’s now been five days. Would sure love to hear from somebody!

“Amazing hotel right in the heart of the town!”
The location was great. The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful and pleasant when we checked in! We were a minute walk from the high street and so close to the campus.
