The location was convenient for Uber and bus. Distance to campus/downtown/Vairo was good for a short ride.

It was a terrible stay. The bed was dirty stained with blood. One of the nights there were two people in the room next to us drinking, yelling and breaking glasses. I left a night early and would like to request a refund for the last night. I asked the hotel but they told me booking had to give me the refund.

“Clean, calm n comfortable”

“Loved it. Will definitely consider making it home base for my next trip out there!”
Good location. Close to PSU but out of the fray. Within easy walking or driving distance to everything, including a great grocery store. Nice and quiet at night, too, even the night before a big game when the place was packed. I also liked that there was a back and front street entrance to the property, which made for easy in and out to the property depending on your route.

room was filthy. There was dirt and dog hair on the bare floor. the bathroom had not seen a custodian in a while. the door was facing outside and other guests would stand outside and smoke. I was able to see cigarette smoke coming into the room from the outside
