“Unable to provide receipt, very bad impression”
9/20 check out in the morning.I asked for a receipt when I checked out, but the service staff kept stressing that I was booking on the BOOKING,COM and couldn't provide it and asked me to go to the BOOKING.COM requirement with apply receipt . I've been using this site (BOOKING.COM)but never knew I couldn't get a receipt from HOTEL and then must be got it form BOOKING.COM .The staff kept stressing that I was on the site reservasion and asking me to go to this site(BOOKING,COM) to got it. I couldn't understand why I couldn't get a receipt form Hotel.This is very inconvenient to me and also makes it difficult to apply for payment. This is a business trip.Be careful to avoid the same problem if you want a receipt issue.

When I checked in and went to the room, the bed was not made and towels were on the floor. As soon as I told the front desk that, she changed my room. However, no one came to clean the new room during the two nights stay.
