The host Mr. Prkačin is an amazing person, he welcomed us with drinks, always friendly and helpful, biggest respect for being a very good and warm person. The property is spacious, has a nice and clean swimming pool, room was super clean and comfortable. Good location to local restaurants, nice beaches around the area, mountains. We really loved this place

Great place, excellent location some 200m from the main road, therefore quiet. Great sights from the window, you see both hills and the sea. They have a large private pool, it is worth trying. The Plekanica National Park is very close, 1km and worth visiting. And the beach…actually when you are on September, count it as your private beach, because few people are here. The last, but not least - the host is super friendly, offers you a welcome and farewell drinks, you can chat with him about Croatian history, etc. This place is highly recommended !

Have stayed here before and for this reason used the place again, room is large and airy, good air conditioning, good room facilities with a balcony and seating area on the balcony, the hosts are very friendly and will help with any query you may have, very nice swimming pool and pool area, all very clean and tidy.

We loved the beautiful pool and our welcoming host! Room is clean and comfortable, equiped witha small kitchen. Beach is close by but we were rather up for the pool.

We were well looked after by the host right from pick up at the airport, right through to drop off! We were welcomed with a friendly catch up and were provided an extremely clean, tidy and functional studio apartment…where we made it our cosy home for 8 days! The pool was clean and refreshing. Very lovely treat! I recommend this place and would come back again!

The host made us feel very welcome from the very start (welcome drink and chat), he was then very approachable throughout our stay, had an envious laid back style and was of very good humour. The apartment was sufficiently large enough for two people, was quiet, was spotlessly clean and well equipped. We loved having breakfast on the balcony in the sun and having the shade in the evening (Room 103). The location was great for the National Park and other hikes.

Great location with parking right outside and lovely pool and terrace. Property is up the hill from the main road so it was quiet with lovely sea and mountain views from the balconies (rooms 101 and 202). Local Studenac supermarket 2 mins walk away. Sea and town beaches 5 mins walk (short cut down the alley between nos. 41 and 43 on the main road then turn left then right). Walks from the door into the mountains or drive 10 mins to the National Park entrance for excellent 4hr gorge walk, caves, mountain huts and climbing routes. Lively little town with small pebble beaches, beach-side restaurants, promenade, pedalo/kayak hire/aquapark, excellent ice-cream parlour and bakery 10 mins down the main road in the town centre. Studio apartments with balcony fine for 2/3 people with fridge, 2 cooking rings, kitchen equipment, air con, comfy beds. Very friendly host gave us fresh figs from his garden!
