Live Lofoten Fishermen's Cabins is set in Stamsund, 70 km from Svolvær. Free private parking is available on site. The accommodation is fitted with a flat-screen TV. “Good location and good staff”
Just only 5 mins walk from the ferry pier but uneasy to walk on the snow, summer would be ok Check in receptionist is helpful, nice, polite and offer to help after checking out. We encountered the difficulty situation on Sunday because of the bus not running and we did not know before. Anna gave us a lift to the nearest town to catch the bus from there. Thank you Anna and the hotel who has this kindly staff

“Not so 'budget' short stay stop over”
it was walking distance from Hurtigtuten port- but not that close. the manager took pity on us seeing all our luggage and drove us from hotel to cabin.big kitchen, living area.the manager arranged a car to take us to Leknes airport in the morning- but this needs to be pre-arranged and is at cost.

Nice and fresh cabin, old on the outside and new inside. Romantic view with cute real fishermen's boats, a pity there is burnt down building spoiling the view. Stamsund is as quiet as it gets.

Very spacious cabin. We could easily make dinner in the kitchen and slept very well. Very quiet. I can highly recommend it.

Very, very kind and friendly lady. She told us about everything nice to see in Lofoten. She gave us extra towels and answered all the questions we had.

Cute little self contained cabin. Great kitchen and lots of sleeping space. Quite authentic feeling in a quiet part of Lofoten. Would definitely stay again
