The beachfront Diamond Beach Apts & Studios is ideally situated only a 5-minute walk from the centre of city and close to the resort’s golden sandy beach. All units offer a bathroom and kitchenette with fridge and kitchenware, while most have balcony with sea view. A safe is offered free of charge. Air conditioning comes standard. The complex also allocates comfortable parking, a bar with satellite TV and billiards. In the surrounding area guests can find a number of taverns,restaurants and mini markets for their daily needs. Wireless internet is freely available.

“Lovely stay at the Diamond Beach Apartment”
If you want to take a public bus from the airport you have to get out at bus stop 27 and walk across the road It only costs € 4,- . Then you walk 10 minutes to the Property. The owners of the property are very welcoming, helpful, fun to talk to. The apartments are big compared to other places. The location is perfect 150 meter of the supermarket. The walk to the beach is about 10-15 minutes. The beginning of the beach has some rocks but then you walk further it’s a beautiful sandy beach. There are a lot of shops where you can get everything you need. The view of the balcony is sooo beautiful, watching the sunrise. 😊 The property is basic but functional. We had a 2 bedroom apartment both of them had wardrobes and a separate balcony next to each other. There was a clothes rack outside for hanging up your wet clothes. There is a fridge/freezer in one of the bedrooms with a small kitchenette. The beds were comfortable. There is one air conditioning in one of the bedrooms. There were no extra costs for that. When you walk in to that property there are some books to borrow. There is an extra toilet at base of the building. You can enjoy a lovely cocktail at the bar with sea view. There is a pool table as well. We all had a lovely time and were upset to leave.

“Simply the best”
The location is perfect. It’s not intended to be a 5 Star property. The appt is clean and functional. The staff are so nice and friendly and that’s the 5 Star appeal. That’s the real charm behind the location.

Beautiful view. Nicos was a wonderful host, we were allowed to check out at 5 PM. Beautiful beach with very clean water just a 10-minute walk along the promenade. We will definitely come back!

The hotel is great. Convenient location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Relatively close to the bus stop. The hotel has great conditions in relation to the price. The host was extremely nice and helpful.
