The positives: lots of space and overall comfortable, bright, warm, quiet, nice view from the balcony, well equipped kitchen, big bathroom. Good parking inside the garage. Easy access by elevator. Close to the bridge, great location to access both the rest of the Island and Quebec City.

The appartment was really nice, very modern with all the facilities needed for our stay. Comfortable beds with a lot of space for everything. inside parking was available.

The patio door could not be locked!?! The toilet made noise constantly. The host asked too many confidential information prior to my arrival.

“Ruined my vacation (first review in my life)”
This is the first time to write a review in my life. This hotel totally ruined our vacation. Eventually checked in after 6pm with lower alternative value room because their mistake. The alternatve room was lower grade what I paid for and the railing at the balcony was moving so much and they put 2 tiny zip-tie to secure the railing(no advise and warning sign). My son freaked out after leaning the railing. And I complained the safety issue and I was told 'it is very safe' Unbelievable!! So we had to move another room the next day morning. Required another packing up. The new room have only 3 dining chairs. And asked for chair and received the chair the next day eventually while we were out. And they did not lock the door. The bathroom door was broken and not able to completely closed the door. I called them and asked a lady that I would like to talk to manager and no one contact me so far.

Nice place for staying, at 15 minutes of downtown. I will come back in my next visit to Quebec
