“Great stay”
Location was good. Room was a good size and the aircon was good. Staff were super friendly and kind. We never used the pool, can’t comment on it

“Great hotel for a stop over. We stayed after landing at Tampa airport before heading south.”
Easy to find, large carpark, friendly staff, easy check in/out, clean and tidy.

I was worried when I saw the reviews however the hotel far exceeded expectations. It is well located, has good facilities, staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Rooms are clean and roomy the with comfortable beds.

“I stayed here for 4 nights whilst visiting family and if the need arose I would stay here again.”
I liked the effort of the staff considering the day before we arrived the area was hit by hurricane helene. Our room was good for us and had everything we needed. I liked the bar area and the pool and poolside was good.

Considering we arrived the day after hurricane helene how could anyone complain about anything. The room was fine and clean, a nice pool and a nice bar, what’s not to like.

“Disappointing for this brand of hotels.”
Nice quiet & clean room, breakfast was served by a lovely lady , although cooked to order & fresh I was disappointed breakfast wasn't a help yourself buffet. It was ok-ish when the cook got it right! The lovely pool & sun beds .

we did not have breakfast at the hotel. Previously breakfast was included in the price of the room. This is no longer the case and we were surprised at this.

Friendly checkin, given a little baseball knowledge by the clerk who was happy to have a chat about baseball given we were there for a game. Room clean, bed the most comfortable I have had on our holiday so far! Great location
