Lovely old building. Kevin the doorman was great with local knowledge. Also the 5-7 free wine is a nice touch.

“Comfortable hotel with a nice feel”
Easy check in and nice room on second floor. Bottles of water on the front desk counter and coffee and cookies at breakfast time. Good AC but it’s directed straight at the bed so had to sleep in a draft. Good TV channel choices and decent shower.

“Another perfect stay.”
This is our go-to venue whenever we stay in St Pete and it never disappoints. Access to the pool facilities at the sister hotel and the complementary coffee (morning) and wine (evening) are a bonus. On site car parking is also available.

The room was sizable, and the bed was comfortable. The sofa bed was a little bit hard The staff were very helpful and cheerful Lots of parking You can use the facilities at the next door hotel which is very good, they have a pool and the food in the restaurant was lovely The location was spot on ... bus stop for the free trolley was a 2 min walk

Amazing service from Staff, free coffee in am, free waters during front desk hours. Suites were spacious and well equipped units and the location is great. Far enough from the craziness of bars, but close enough to enjoy. Shared pool and restaurant with Hollander Hotel makes it easy to never leave!!

“Well priced friendly and convenient hotel”
Friendly staff, easy to find. Great location with free trolley bus opposite. Large car park. Complimentary wine a great bonus. Great breakfast (not included) at sister hotel next door.
