Location great But situated too close to the main road to make use of the terrace and pool was just far to noisy - the pool however was clean

I enjoyed the size and the comfort of the whole place, more than enough room for all 8 of us. Pool was very nice and refreshing.

“Great location villa for bigger group in St Julians”

The location in St. Julians just beside Paceville is superb, All in walking distance, good grossery shop just few minute walking . The communication with Martina was easy and quick. We liked keyless acess to the villa. With group of people, it is very convonient. The bedrooms were good and very comfortable matresses and pillows/plankets, better than in most hotels. Parking onsite also good. Full equipped kichens foor cooking with gas stove.

Brilliant villa, it was exactly what we were looking for. Everything was perfect! Clean, neat and a beautiful spacious villa. The place was exactly as advertised. The swimming pool is beautiful and there’s plenty of shade and sunny spots outside. The host was very responsive, they help us with everything. Check in and check out were very simple and seamless. The villa is nearby restaurants, markets and clubs, you will found here everything do you want. Would highly reccomend to groups or families. We would definetely return !

We had an excellent stay over New Year’s Eve, the hosts couldn’t have been more helpful. We were a group of 9, the Villa had lots of space and could easily sleep more people. The rooms are spacious, all have air conditioning and are modern. There are really good communal areas in the kitchen and in the basement where you can relax as a large family / group. The location is perfect, 2 minute walk to an amazing supermarket. Less than 5 minutes to a variety of bars and restaurants in St. Julian’s. Short 10 minute taxi to Valletta.

“Whatever your need are, this property is perfect for you!!”

The property is huge and has every comfort that you need!! Notwithstanding the size, it is really cleaned and well maintained. It has two kitchens with all the appliances, it has this amazing Swiss mind pool that was really curated. The rooms are nice and the beds and the sheets were clean. All the bathrooms (and there are fours) were deep cleaned and furnished with everything you need. They also have a gaming room with the football table game. AMAZING! The location is WOW, is right behind the newly built mercury tower where you can find a lot of shops, restaurants and bar. There is a supermarket nearby (really 1 minute walking) that is very big and has everything you need. There is a bus stop also in front of the supermarket and you can go whenever you want from there. I really recommend this property because either if you are a group of friend or a family this place is PERFECT for you. The zone in which the house is located is really quite and perfect for staying the day relaxing, however if you walk down the street there is “paceville” where there are a lot of pubs and bar.
