“Excellent host and comfortable space!”

Ivan is an excellent host! Very helpful and kind, he was very accommodating overall. The room is clean and well laid out, there is plenty of storage space. The room and bathroom/shower are very comfortable. The room also has a fridge which was helpful in my stay. The property is not far from Balluta bay, and has easy bus connections to Valletta, Sliema, San Ġwann and Ġzira.

The property, bedroom and private bathroom was very modern and spotless , the owner was living there and we had a few conversations an absolute gentleman, who helped me with many a question I asked. I would highly recommend this place. I hope to return to Malta next year and would not hesitate to stay there again. Vince

It is a room of an apartment, which the owner is living there too. But usually you just do your things, and he his. The owner was very kind and friendly, easy to talk with. He recommended some places to visit. He was also very thoughtful, he prepared some snacks and drinks in the room, which you can use/eat and pay him before check out. You have a double bed to sleep, a wardrobe for your own stuffs, also a bathroom, a few steps from the bedroom.

Very clean apartment. Good location. Excellent hospitality, host and owner of the apartment was super kind in everything such as if you needed something or explain with every detail where to go see eat etc. Recommended.

Nice room, quiet and comfortable.

A perfect place. Friendly and welcoming host, very clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed. Convenient location close to bus stops for both ordinary and express buses. Although the apartment is close to the highway, the room is quiet, so one can sleep with the open window (which has a mosquito net).

Nice and clean and everything there that I needed. The owner, Ivan, couldn't have been any friendlier if he had tried. A really nice bloke with plenty of time for you. I'd definitely use the property again.
