Location excellent to access local restaurants and shops. Parking close to the condo. Very clean, well appointed with nice bath towels, comfortable bed and quiet at night. Earl was very helpful and accommodating.

The condo was large and bright. It was exceptionally clean. We arrived on an early flight and we're able to check in an hour early. I spoke with the host via phone and text and he was always very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely consider staying here again if we're in St. John's.

The comfort of the apartment, location in the heart of the town, laundry facilities (for long journey travellers) -all the city stuff just outside the door. Host responsive in a couple of hours.

Wonderful space in an ideal location for exploring downtown and the wearabouts. Very responsive host and helpful crew!

Scrupulously clean and thoughtfully- appointed. Earl had left supplies for all appliances and everything worked. He was most attentive to any questions I had and helped us acquire a parking pass. The accommodation was well-situated up the hill from shops and bars so it was quiet, but we woke to the sound of seagulls so it was lovely. Considering the long journey we’d had from Australia, the room was a welcoming start to our trip. Highly recommended.

We stayed in the Cochrane St condo 2 bedroom ground floor. It’s a quiet road but just around the corner from Water St. The condo feels brand new! Everything so clean and comfortable with stylish decor and character. The kitchen is well equipped with great appliances and a pleasure to cook in. The beds and linen really comfy. It was just perfect for our family of four adults.
