Consistently, reliably good and the staff are nice. Rooms are tidy and clean, I like the roll out desk/table versus the dedicated work desk. Cheryl and the crew at East Side Mario's are great as well. The restaurant needs an update, but the food is good and the staff are amazing.

The entire floor seemed to have been booked by a hockey team. Up at all hours. No supervision; yelling in the hallways and drunk parents partying. Complaints to the front desk yielded no results.

“Questioning weather or not to return at all...”
The nearby exit wasn't able to be re entered, due toa broken card reader. Leaving you to unexpectedly walk all the way around to a main entrance in the fridge weather. The strong mold smell in the hallway and from the drains in the room. The stains on the provided room linen. The non existent linen at the pool, causing the girls to have to walk back to the room dripping wet and frozen! Then using the only 2 provided towels. So I was unable to shower when I settled in the room. Also, the fire exit in out room had a paper note posted on it stating it was barred from the outside!!! Along with extremely drafty windows. I waited a full year before returning to the hotel, hoping it would be a better experience, this time around.....

Extremely small bathroom, one of my. Hildreth has a minor physical disability and this made it really hard for them. Also a flash fire alarm went off, this is not the first time this has happened at this hotel

Not good value for price. Hotel seems to have a lot of govt funded rooms. Guests were loud at night.
