The layout of the house is very good and we enjoyed the pool and used the solar when loadshedding kicked in on Sunday morning

“Excellent, safe, secure house in an ideal location for our purposes”
Communication with the owners and their rep before and during out stay was excellent and swift. The large garden, outside seating and downstairs living area are very pleasant and easy to settle into. Keys were collected from a security firm nearby. Friendly and attentive even though we arrived in the evening after a long journey. The security gates and facilities meant we felt secure and safe even though the road is quite busy in the mornings and evenings especially. The house is very comfortable and well-equipped with everything one would need. The solar power and inverter really helped ensure the load-shedding hardly affected us at all. The balcony and french doors to the master bedroom gave lovely views of the golf course next door.

Terrific kitchen/dining area with excellent shaded outdoor dining space. Excellent cutlery/crockery/glasses etc Solar PV excellent, insulating us from a lot of load shedding

Very close to centre of town, beaches and canals. Beautiful entertainment area and pool. Stunning view from the second floor. Perfect for a large family. Solar inverter means no load shedding.
