Featuring direct access to the beach and an infinity pool, The Sands is located in St. Francis Bay overlooking the Indian Ocean. It includes a restaurant and a bar, and provides free parking. The large rooms at The Sands @ St Francis feature a patio or a terrace with ocean views, and include a marble bathroom with spa bath. Elegantly decorated with exposed beams and wooden floors, they all have a seating area with a satellite TV. The restaurant has panoramic views, and serves light lunches and gourmet dinners that can also be enjoyed on the terrace. A buffet-style breakfast is also prepared every morning at The Sands. During the cold days, guests can enjoy a glass of fine South African wine in the living room, in front of the open fire. A steam room is also available upon request. “Royal treatment in an most excellent location.”
Wonderful to go asleep and wake up with the sound of the waves, the location is excellent! The staff treated us with respect and warmth and nothing was to much to ask. The breakfast had a good variety and was delicious and fresh! We dined in one of the nights and was totally surprised at the level and quality of the food, couldn't have been better in any of the restaurants we tried. Even our car windows were cleaned from the mist in the mornings. We were spoiled and treated like prized guests. Thank you for a most lovely stay.

“St Francis's Best”
Fantastic setting, beautiful views over the ocean. Rooms are very comfortable with everything you need. The staff go out of their way to make you feel at home. Will definitely come back when we have the chance. One of the best places we ever stayed

Gorgeous views, pool, ocean, spa tub. Decor is outdated but beds are comfy and linen good. Spa tub was awesome with a view of the gorgeous ocean and surf break.

The views from our room were amazing. The staff was friendly, they made my birthday special with a surprise cake and champagne glasses. They had welcome drinks and they always kept the room clean and tidy. There is private access to the beach

The location is absolutely perfect! Close to the shops, restaurants and then of course the beach - with your own private walkway to the beach. The staff were outstanding; service was phenomenal, friendly and most helpful. A special thanks to Vuyo, Patience and Ameen - you treated us like royalty, thank you so much. In addition to having breakfast there, we also had dinner at their restaurant one evening, which was the best dinner we had on our 1-week trip. The food was delicious, fresh, and the view just made it extra special. Our room was amazing and made up specially for us every day with extra love. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
