“Beautiful Christmas Traditions event stay in St. Charles”
The Country Inn was an amazing recommendation that we are so happy to have tried. The staff (especially Kay) were amazing. The comfort of the beds and pillows was by far my most favourite surprise. Comfort and hotels do not normally go hand in hand. The buffet breakfast every morning was a great option that we truly appreciated, especially the on-tap hot chocolate, tea and coffee, so needed after walking out in the snow. We are so impressed with this accommodation and staff that we will be coming back again in 2026 for the Christmas Traditions.

Lovely positive vibe at the hotel, Miss Kay was wonderful and the room was lovely. Massive comfy bed in the king size room. Mini fridge was a great addition to the room too.

“Don't Believe your CONFIRMED reservation”
Nothing. Arrived after 15 hours of travel from UK to be told that they had no rooms, despite my CONFIRMED RESERVATION. They had oversold and rebooked into an inconvenient sister hotel 10 miles away.

This hotel is great, I really appreciated the couch in the room, very confortable for relaxing after work. Location is great, you can walk around anywhere. Very peaceful.

very nice hotel, with convenient parking , nearby a restaurant, however, did not fully satisfy, however, with a car you can find many places to eat. very spacious room , clean ; the hotel is located a short distance from the valley of the vineyards where it is possible to do beautiful tasting

Room cleaning could be more frequent rather than the scheduled clean up after the 3rd night. Also, bathroom floor could be mopped and scrubbed a bit more thoroughly and the carpet in the bedroom vacuumed.

“Very nice hotel in St Charles”
St Charles is nice city at 20 miles from St Louis Downtown , it is very useful to avoid to be on city , and the village offers a lot of restaurants and bars Room are comfortable and the hotel is very nice and clean Good staff and very polite (means not all time on phone which is extremely rare in US)

Liked how handy it was to St Charles old Main Street. Easy to walk Breakfast was varied and the staff were always so helpful and friendly. Especially liked the free cookies in the lobby - yum!

Every time i come to St.Charles i book this hotel because is very comfy, clean and it's in a very beautiful zone. Breakfast is very complete and there's always coffe and tea for the guests.
