“Very Good Hotel, Family Friendly and Excellent Facilities with Large Rooms”
The hotel is very family-friendly. It is clean and has lots of parking facilities with free EV charging. The staff is very cordial and knowledgeable.

Despite numerous contacts made between the hotel and myself they could not be bothered to tell me about the extra charges I would have to pay that were never included in my quote. When I am standing at a desk ready to check in is not the time to tell me about two extra charges that they knew about the whole time. Saying there could be extra charges and not actually telling people what they are when they are already known by Hilton is unethical and slimy to be honest. Transparency is important...I have no reason to trust Hilton with rates quoted in the future. If you tell me the final cost of staying there it should mean something. Don't assume that people can just hand over extra money just because you want to charge it after the fact to blindside your patrons rather than compete honestly with the true cost of staying in the hotel,
