The hotel is ideally located for touring around St. Augustine. Very friendly staff and a good breakfast.

Place was very clean and breakfast was very goid. Room was perfect and beds were very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again with the family.

Extremely unsafe and unacceptable behavior We booked this hotel for two nights. On the second day, due to feeling unwell, we stayed in the room to rest. Suddenly, without knocking or any warning, the room door was opened, and a man wearing glasses entered, holding some papers. He asked: “Are you checking out?” I replied that our stay was booked for two days. He left silently without any apology. I went to the reception to report the incident. The only explanation given was that this person was the hotel owner. That was it — no apology, no concern, no responsibility taken. I have never experienced anything like this in any hotel. Entering a guest’s room without knocking, even on check-out day, is completely unacceptable. Most importantly, my pregnant wife was extremely frightened by this incident. This level of stress caused by hotel staff or management is completely unacceptable. This hotel shows no respect for guest privacy or safety. Strongly do NOT recommend.

Very clean. Reception area and breakfast room look like a youth hostel. Vent was disturbing at night.

“Clean and comfortable”

Cleanliness of the room, the hotel is about 20 min walking distance to down town passing by main sights and attractions. It also offers a $5 shuttle (charged per room not per person) to downtown St. Augustine if you don’t want to walk.

Excellent stay! The room was spotless and very comfortable. A special shout-out to the shuttle driver, who was not only punctual but also incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

A great stay with truly amazing staff! The motel was very nice, clean and comfortable, but the real highlight was the staff. We forgot our iPad in the room and they contacted us immediately. They kept it safe until we came back a few days later. The ladies at the front desk were absolutely lovely, professional, and very reassuring. We highly recommend this place genuine customer service like this is rare!

The location and cleanliness of the room were excellent! The room was quiet, nicely renovated, and featured a good-sized TV. The staff and front desk agent were friendly and accommodating. Overall, a pleasant stay — though enhancing the breakfast selection would make the experience even better.
