Thank you for a wonderful holiday, we stayed 4 nights in a comfortable room with a large corner balcony overlooking the sea and the resort's clean quiet street, a large window, a jacuzzi, a wonderful room interior, I always pay attention to this when staying in hotels, silent air conditioning, access to the sea from the hotel, a nicely equipped clean beach, the water temperature in the ocean is refreshing, places for dinner within walking distance, and a Publix store, also nearby, walking tours to the pier, everything was charming, the room was cleaned perfectly. I want to come back again.

We stayed here because of the reviews. It truly is a 2 star. Wish we had spent a little more for at least a 3 star.

it was so great, the location is perfect and the rooms are lovely! Carlisa, the property manager is a doll, she is so nice and helpful, and it felt like family! the cleaning team, Stephanie and Gera, good , I miss them already! they are so much more than staff!They are friends! I will go back there as often as I visit, and I can highly recommend this cute place

beach was spitting distance - we loved the proximity. Bed was very comfortable. The rooms were old, very old, but it's a beach front hotel. Still, a new coat of paint and some matching furntiure would do wonders for very little cost.

Staff were very accommodating and lovely to deal with. We asked for a late check out so we can extend some time on the beach. Wasn't a problem at all. They also supplied us with beach chairs and wave boards for the children. So cute and clean, we will be back for sure.

Right on the beach: easy access for a nice early morning stroll. Partial (obstructed) view of the ocean. Close to a grocery store, and an easy access to St. Augustine.

“Perfect spot!”

Young lady at the front counter was great! The location is perfect, right beside the grocery store and the room comes with a kitchenette and dining table with 4 chairs. Floors are all clean and sand friendly. Could have used a broom in the room to clean up our own mess, sorry for the sand staff! Cutlery would have been useful in the kitchen but the front desk gave us a couple spoons. Beach was great, there's a foot wash station at the hotel that we missed last night. Beach is very accessible and this is the perfect spot. Would definitely stay here again, so happy we found it!
