“Excellent hotel to Stop and get total relaxation while traveling throughout the Florida Coast.”
Everything was great. From the moment I checked in until I left. Breakfast was great. Your front desk employee Cameron, has very high customer service skills and had the morning started on a very positive note. He had all items ready for the breakfast and made sure that everyone was been taken care of. His positive, caring and respectful way of dealing with your customers will keep people coming back. I am hoping to see him on our next trip. Hopefully he will still working for you guys. A talented person like him will be stolen and taken to a competitor or another company for his excellent customer service skills. Thank you Cameron for a job well done.

“Overall everything was great, we are planning to stay again in a couple weeks.”
The bathroom was not cleaned properly. There was human hair in the shower. There were no shampoo,conditioner or soap in the room. I did advise the front desk before I left.
