Nowhere on your website did it reveal a $75 dollar charge for a pet nor a $14 arking fee that was included in the nightly price. By 9.00 a.m. the breakfast offered was already out of stock and waiting for their truck to arrive.

I would like to share my extremely disappointing experience at your hotel. Unfortunately, the stay was unacceptable in many ways: Upon entering the room, we were hit by an intense smell of mold. The humidity was unbearably high. The dehumidifier's container was completely full and therefore not functioning, which worsened the already problematic air quality. The bedding, including the pillows, was completely damp, making it impossible to sleep. The bathroom had urine drops on the floor from the previous guest. Overall, the room was in a very dirty condition. Due to these unacceptable conditions, we decided to check out shortly after checking in and booked another hotel nearby. Despite these serious issues, we were not refunded the hotel costs. Our emails have gone unanswered. One positive aspect was the friendliness of the staff, but unfortunately, this could not make up for the above-mentioned problems. Based on this experience, I definitely cannot recommend this hotel.

“Comfortable, clean and a really nice stay”

The location was ideal right next to the beach. The breakfast was plentiful, and the room was very comfortable.

Pool area is beautiful and styling of hotel is nice. Workers were very accommodating.

Cleanliness; quiet; close to beach and restaurants

Great breakfast buffet included with room. Clean, very nice pool and hot tub. Staff was very helpful and informative about things to do. Landry on site if needed, pet friendly. Close to beach access and Publix market. Overall a great place to stay.
