Absolutely loved this place and wish we had time to stay longer than one night! The room was great with comfy bed and pillows, a fridge, coffee maker etc, the terrace was amazing!! Such a gorgeous view and so peaceful but yet just a short walk over the bridge to the old town and marina. We arrived early at 1pm and asked if we could leave our car whilst we went exploring and Sue was great, not only letting us park but giving us our key so we could go straight to the room later in the evening, very much appreciated. The breakfast was delicious, an egg quiche with fresh fruit and plenty of cereal or bread/bagels for toasting too. The coffee was tasty and i enjoyed a takeaway one on the terrace before we had to leave. Book it, you'll not be disappointed!

Nice place very close to downtown St. Augustine. Nice view of the bridge. I had a room at the end of the property so no view, but thats fine. Could park infront of my room and staff - evening and morning - where very friendly and welcoming! Its a older motel, but beds are very comfi (not to soft, not to hard) and roomsize is great. Also, always most important for me, it was clean! Would come again!

“Very enjoyable stay”

Excellent location, easy walk across bridge to historic town. Great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyable happy hour with wine and snacks gave opportunity to meet other guests.

Everything is perfect for the price, the furniture in the rooms is new. The location is very good, I sincerely recommend it

Location, location, location. Good size room. Comfortable bed. Excellent patio with comfortable rockers looking out onto the river. Great to sit and watch the world go by. All within easy walk of St Augustine. Breakfast is basic but good enough

Our stay was excellent. Clean spacious rooms with great breakfast free parking and a small pool. The room has everything you need for your stay. The hotel is located close to the city center, all places of interest are within walking distance. In the evening you can enjoy the view of the city center, the famous bridge with lions, watch yachts and boats sailing. I recommend this great place !
