Good location, not too far to the historic oldtown. Comfortable beds. Helpful staff and cookies upon the arrival. It was convenient that we could leave a car the next day to walk around the city a little bit.

Standard doubletree fare so that was fine. Clean, roomy, well appointed.

Room was as expected for the hotel chain, parking on site was limited but available when needed. Pool was clean.

The room is fifty dirty. Ended up leaving early than expected because the smell was too bad

I liked the ease of checking in. The staff was very helpful and friendly to us. The coffee station was was well stacked in the room.

Location was central to everything, restaurants, shopping and landmarks.

I have to say, every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. When things were super busy in the restaurant, team members backed each other up and provided excellent customer service. It is obvious, from check in to check out, that this hotel has a great team. Maintenance was especially helpful, replacing our nonworking refrigerator immediately. When we got to our room, it was at the beginning of the hallway and I was dreading the noise, but was pleasantly surprised when things were pretty quiet for the most part. And you know, there's the cookie. : )

The hotel was excellent. And we loved Paula in the bar. She maked us feel great. We will come back next time we take a roadtrip in USA.
