I would rate higher except two things. We reserved online. Was told they have king room with pull out couch. Pull out was very small like from a chair not couch. Not for an adult. It was for child. Secondly we paid for room 3 adults. It was part of our reservation that breakfast was included. There was only one staff member unfriendly. The one who checked us in. When i shared our breakfast was included he said no the motel doesnt do that. When i told him it was in our paperwork he said no. So later i came down from room and proved to him our breakfast was included and supposed to be pullout couch not one for a small child. No apology that he was wrong but instead said you get two breakfasts but not 3 though it showed we reserved for 3 adults. He was unhappy i showed he was wrong. It is a very rare occassion i would complain but feel this gentleman should not be the one checking people in unless he was just having bad day. It seemed he was prideful. Other staff such as Shirley and lady who waited on us for dinner and gentleman for breakfast were great. I would also encourage the motel to have coffee available not just for purchase.

“Good and comfy place next to I95”
Very friendly staff, bed was ultra comfy, free parking, right off I95. One issue was promptly solved by front desk agent.

“It achieved what we needed but next time we will pass on this overpriced hotel.”
The area of the Hotel was pretty decent, the restaurants were plentiful and nearby shopping was great.

Excellent customer service from everyone at the hotel. Shirley at the front desk went above and beyond to help us when we arrived Saturday night very late. And then the following night was sure to follow up on how are our stay was going.
