The Land Lord Lady and the staff were amazingly friendly. They made us feel like being at home. Our room was lovely and well maintained. The location was was perfectly located close to the historic district. We could walk from here to everywhere. We had a parking space at this house. There were free water bottles and wine available. The breakfast was self made and just amazing, by far the best on our US trip. It’s a big pity the we could stay there for just one night. I highly recommend this accommodation!

Location is great, not in the centre, but two blocks away which is great because you avoid the noisy streets. The staff was great always ready to helpz very welcoming.

the little things like lavender for sleeping and the home-baked cookies were a nice surprise. that is, the others probably took it because both the lavender and the cookies were gone. it's the idea that counts. It was a lovely house. We had a nice breakfast across the street; part of the price.

Fantastic hospitality from the owners

The location was great, close to the centre of things. They looked after you, with complimentary wine, cookies and soft drinks. A nice cooked breakfast.

Wonderful staff member, Jess, was welcoming, friendly, humorous, accommodating, and always helpful! You are welcomed with a collection of baked goods, a fridge full of sodas, water, and wine. Refrigerated towels are available to cool off with and lavender pouches to help you sleep. Breakfast was great. I never had french toast made the way Jess made it for us. Not a fancy place, but the rooms were fab. Rooms are comfortable, nicely decorated, roomy; with a pod coffee maker, water, and lovely robes. Easy to find and close to everything. Definitely going back.

Very friendly service, charming rooms, extremely comfy beds, delicious breakfast (and the cookies are mouth watering!!) and we really can't say that about many of the brekkies we had in the US, excellent location

The two sisters that took care of us where a pure joy to get to know and have serving us. Breakfast was wonderful and the environment in the house was calm and peaceful. Scott the handyman was very pleasant and hard working with a smile always on his face.
