“Overrated!”
The deluxe suite was small and felt cramped with the tatty decorations. The large double bed was rather normal size. The air con is central so there is no individual room control and it was freezing. The windows are not allowed no be to opened. The hot water took several minutes. The once upon a time charming property has been poorly renovated and tastelessly furnished and decorated. The location is quiet but central. We do not share the high rating and it’s surprising how it got there.

Very central to the historic district, private parking, small but very comfortable room with a large balcony.. Lovely old house with kitchen, laundry, sitting & dining rooms and excellent wifi.

Great location within easy walking distance of the historic centre. Our room in the main house was well furnished, very comfortable and of a good size. There is also a shared kitchen area to use in the house and a lovely lounge. We went to a nearby coffee shop called Southern Grounds for breakfast which was ideal.

“Beautiful home on one of the best streets in St Augustine”
Felt right got at home in this historic house very near to everything. Great to have parking in the historic district. Debbie our housekeeper was super friendly and very helpful.

Beautiful house and accommodation, very clean and welcoming with great facilities. We had a late flight home and Debbie allowed us a late checkout at no extra cost.would highly recommend this as a perfect place to stay in St Augustine’s, great location too!

“Fantastic”
Robin greeted us and made us feel welcome straight away. Her homemade key lime cake and cookies were delicious. The house and our room were amazing and the beds were really comfortable. This is classed as a B&B but is so much more. The breakfast was delicious. Debbie does a great keeping the place clean for the guests.
