This review is not about the room quality or cleanliness. It is about how the hotel treats guests. The hotel is in the Czech Republic, in a beautiful mountain area. We arrived after a long trip in heavy rain. When we got to our room, I saw it was not the same as in the photos. We booked a room with two separate sleeping areas, but it was just one room. This was not a big problem, so I asked if we could have the type of room we booked. The answer surprised me. The staff told us, quite sharply, that maybe we should look for another place. After a short talk, they told us firmly to go somewhere else. I had to ask several times if they really wanted us to leave. In the end, we said we could stay in the current room, but there was no reason to send us out into the rain. I understand that in this area there are not many hotels, and maybe they think they can do whatever they want. But this is not hospitality. We were two men, so it was not a big problem for us, but I can imagine how bad it would be for a family with small children. This behavior is not acceptable. I hope the hotel learns from this and does not treat guests like this in the future.

“A relaxing place with beautiful views.”
We got an upgrade which was a nice surprise. The kitchen had all we needed, the view was beautiful, everything was clean. Monika, the person who checked us in was helpful and friendly.

“A PERFECT STAY IN A PERFECT HOTEL”
It is a very quiet, clean and spacy mountain hotel, with very comfortable rooms, where we found a microwave, a catlle for making tea and coffee, fridge and a hairdryer. We did not miss anything, there were even lamps for reading on the small tables next to the beds. And downstairs there is a big nice kitchen where you can make your own food, it is perfectly equipped with all you might need.
