“Really comfortable Stay”
Really nice property, clean and with a nice balcony thats shows a very beautiful view of Colombo, comfortable room and the staff and owner was so helpful and friendly was always there to help and reply and even give recommendations for local sights seeing, Loved the stay, will book this place again in future

“Dream”
Modern apartment, beautifully furnished, wonderful view from the balcony, gym and swimming pool, on-site shop, security. But what we liked most was that there was a wonderful and extremely helpful person in the apartment (the apartment manager) who was extremely nice to us and took great care of us. She answered all our questions - about the route, sightseeing, helped us look for a tuk tuk to rent and an eSim card with Internet access. Thank you very much :)) you are wonderful!!!

Security officers at the main gate were not good. Not a hotel.but some sort of an apartment with having the hotel inside it.

“Too good to be true😍 10/10”
We had a great time at Atrium Iconic. The Host was incredible. He was very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. He is also flexible with check-in and check-out time, which was extremely helpful. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The rooms were super clean and neat. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and although it’s a lively neighborhood the apartment is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!
