“It was AWESOME”
Everything about this place exceeded all expectations. The rooms were clean, and matched the description 100% (ADA compliant) lighting in bathroom was awesome for getting ready!

“Horrible customer service and practices.”
So we never got to check in. We live in this town. Our power went out in this extreme heat. Because we had our grandson, we went to get a hotel for the night while they worked on the power. 300 people were without power by the way. I had no cash on me and was told that I had to give a $100 cash deposit because I lived in Springfield. What? This was a horrible night made worse by this hotel practice. Obviously, we went somewhere else. Thanks for making me drag my grandson to multiple places and already tired grandparents drive further to just get a cool place to sleep. I will never recommend this hotel in this town. And I know a lot of people getting medical treatment have to go here because it is on that side of town.

“Don't hesitate - book it!”
It is totally renovated old motel. When I saw the building I was very disappointed (my husband booked the hotel), but when we opened the door I was shocked - everything was new!!! Very nice surprise!! Also was close to the places we visited. The lady at the front desk was very nice!!! The breakfast area is very nice and clean, too.

“Great experience for a home away from home”
