“We were blown away!”

The breakfast was similar to large chain motels, but eating it in a rainforest was delightful! The water features were a step beyond most luxury hotels.

Nice hotel, comfortable, clean. Security for the car park. Good breakfast and an indoor (and outdoor in summer) pool

I liked all,bar ,pool,restaurant,room,location and quiet space,amazing people I spend my time very good.

Private entrance, felt safe and secure. Room was very comfortable with great pool area and breakfast on offer!

“The front desk clerk did something wrong, why should I bear the consequences.”

After I checked in and was sleeping, the waiter called me at 10:22 pm to inform me that the room 578 I checked in did not belong to me. She made a mistake and asked me to leave my room. I told her that it was not my fault and I did not want to leave my room. But the waiter asked me to pay an extra $100. The reason was that my reserved room was a king-size bed room, not a king-size bed room. So I checked my order and it showed that I was in a king-size room.

Breakfast was very subpar. Parts of the property were nice but other parts are completely run down. Don’t trust the pictures. Our room was newly remodeled so it was nice.

Didn't like it. Poor choices and cold. Location not inviting and it didn't have waffles because I don't want eggs and sausage. Donuts cold as if frozen. No cereal.

We spent most of our time in the pool and splash pad. We were able to get our rooms next to each other and the rooms were big. Beds were comfortable and changed out for the 2 nights we stayed. They also restocked our towels without having to ask. There is complimentary breakfast and a Starbucks inside the hotel. (You pay for the starbucks). Pool hours are long and easy access.

“Awful!!”

We didn’t even get to stay there! We had booked a 2 night reservation and when we arrived, we were told our reservation was moved down the street to the Double Tree. We booked at Oasis for the outdoor pool and the Double Tree’s outdoor pool was 10x10! Also, we actually paid more! I will never use booking.com again and will never stay at the Oasis. What a joke!

Staff are very friendly and nice. I am a pittie. Patient and I was able to have my water ship to the hotel and they will hold onto it until I got there.

The manager on duty was incredibly friendly and helpful in locating dining options. The style and personality of the property was fun and child-friendly. Pool and gym areas were spacious and easy to navigate.
