I hated that I paid that price for such a crappy motel

The young man at the front desk was extremely nice and kept an eye on my truck and trailer that I had a lot of tools in. Needs a pat on the back!!!

God awful

Nothing, I refused to stay there after seeing the state of the place, it was all horrible. I literally have nothing good to say about this property.

Worst place I’ve stayed.

The bedding and towels were dirty. The lady at the front desk was rude when this was brought up and wouldn’t allow us to switch rooms. The rooms also had a vile smell.

Extremely disgusting. At least put clean blankets and sheets on the bed that doesn't look like they'

crap

got there after 5 hour drive and told no hot water. why could they not let me know before i got there. had to change hotel and when you call the desk to confirm problem the clerk was outside smoking.

Me and my wife and kids was traveling from Washington State all the way to Alabama it was a super super long drive and I drove myself we were all tired my wife ended up looking for a hotel room so we could stay the night it was doing the night hour as we was on the road and it was raining so she told me she was going to find a room for all of us to stay the night so we can all get some rest she ended up picking the wrong town as we had bypass the town 60 miles ago and chose the wrong town and hotel so we ended up calling the owner and explaining our situation after my wife paid for the room the owner told us to call booking.com and explain the situation and yes they will give the money back because we were 60 MI past the hotel we call booking.com they said it's up to the owner but booking.com said they completely understand because that is a lot of backtracking so we call the owner back of the hotel as we have booking.com on the other we had both phones on speakerphone they told booking.com but yes they verify that we could get our money back and that they actually understand the booking.com person that was on the phone said they have to go in the computer and push the confirmation button and then we will receive our money back and one to three business days or booking.com said they would take the money and we can choose another room which they mean the money will go on my account my booking.com account and be credit for another room and could be credit for another room that same night all the owner of the hotel had to do was push the confirmation button instead of them pushing the confirmation button they chose to not press the confirmation button and to let the whole night go by until the next morning to end up keeping our money as I explained to them my kids are very tired I am very tired my wife is very tired she made a mistake like any other human and all we wanted to do was just to get to a room where we can all rest without backtracking 60 miles anyways
