It was comfortable and had everything we needed for an overnight stay on our R66 travels. Breakfast was good. Good coffee machine. The room was large.

Person on check in was talking to his friend and sharing a pizza, lady on when checking out was courteous and polite, scores marked down because the elevator was broken, we were put in an upstairs room and the only access was by the fire escape

The room was clean and everything was in it ! Good air conditioning and price. The pool was ok.

The room had two separate beds — Booking didn’t give an option to choose differently, and the hotel staff didn’t offer to change it either, even though it was obvious a husband and wife arrived together. Well… The beds were terrible. I have back problems, and after sleeping here, it only got worse. The beds are so soft and squeaky that when my husband lay down alone, he just sank into the mattress. Not to mention, you can feel every movement the other person makes. So I’ll just repeat — the beds are very bad. Room cleanliness was so-so, with a weird smell inside. All the essentials were there, but for example — only one tiny shampoo for two people. Breakfast… the plus side is that the scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausages were hot. Though the potatoes looked a bit burnt or black. There were also some fruits — mandarins and apples. But for me, as someone who doesn’t like sausages and already feels sick from scrambled eggs, there was literally nothing to eat. Even the coffee situation was disappointing — we came for breakfast at 8:30, and there was just enough coffee left for two people, about one and a half cups. The lady working there looked at it and didn’t even bother offering to refill or bring more coffee.

“Poor wifi inside room, not fast as described.”

The wifi was only good outside of the room, once inside it was useless. I did let them know, and they offered to allow us to move rooms, but the room they offered looked really tired withe curtains hanging off the rail and windows that you couldnt see through because of dirt, it also had 2 queen beds rather than the king we booked and were already in.
