“No pool”
On arrival, the receptionist made it aware that their pool and hot tub were shut down indefinitely. The sole purpose of our trip was for the beginning of spring break to have 5 grandkids be able to have use of the indoor pool. She didn't want to cancel the reservation and wanted to keep my money, so I had to call booking.com, who handled it for me. It was canceled because they did not have what their site said they did, and I was able to get refunded.
