“Was very impressed how staff addressed my concerns.”
Staff couldn't have been more accommodating. I was hosting visits from people all over the country who were coming for the eclipse--when cloudy weather was forecast many bailed. Front desk handled it.

“Our stay was paid for via church, we did not want to seem ungrateful but would not stay if we choice”
The door on our room did not have a lock which was very alarming as we had the room right across from the elevator. The curtains were hanging off the rod. I did make the staff aware of the problem and they were very apologetic.

“Excellent staff one one of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed at”
Breakfast was great. There were options for every appetite and the stations were kept exceptionally clean. The lady running that part of the hotel was on her toes, keeping the options full and those areas clean all while cleaning tables and checking to make sure we found what we needed. She was great and never broke a sweat! The pool was lovely, the front staff were pleasant and helpful. It was a great trip for us.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. We asked for first floor and we’re accommodated. Breakfast was very good.
