“Good place for one night during the road.”
It is regular hotel around Dayton, and it is good enough. There is fridge and microwave in the apartment. It is quite enough. The building looks old, but clean and in good condition. Outside of the building it is quite enough. It is near the Highway road, and no noise (enough distance from Highway road). Good enough for one or few nights.

There is a massive charge to bring your pets so when it says pet friendly it really means $75 per pet per day + tax. Additionally our car was broken into right in their parking lot and they weren’t sympathetic and had no cameras in their parking lot! Not a safe place to stay!

“Very good or couldn’t even stay as wasn’t safe”
The lady in reception was horrendous had an attitude. Couldn’t even stay there as it was dirty and had men drinking outside.

“Good for the cost.”
Location was good for our purpose. In good location for access to food and everything. Easy to enter and exit any direction on main road. Staff very helpful and accommodating to our extra asks.
