Was lovely and clean close to everything we wanted to do on our trip staff was lovely and welcoming very helpful the breakfast was great lots to choose from the local bar and restaurant adjoining to hotel amazing had a great time there

Great front desk, great servers, everyone went above and beyond to make my stay and my participation in the local Ironman event a tremendous Racecation. Breakfast buffet was the best as the servers packed me a breakfast box to go!

“Great stay, with everything you'd expect from a hotel”
It was literally right next to the Basketball Hall of Fame, which was the whole point of the trip. The staff were also super accommodating and the environment felt clean. The breakfast was delicious and though I didn't use it, the pool seemed to look nice.

“It sucked! No one wants the police showing up at their door whilst on vacation. Don't expect fun her”
The hotel called the police on me and tried to have me removed from the hotel because they claimed the tiny little speakers on their tiny little TV's was too loud at 11pm. The police arrived and refused to kick me out because they felt the noise complaint wasn't justified. NOT GOOD BUSINESS HILTON, and you just lost mine for good!

“Not highly recommended”
Breakfast was expensive and greasy. The pool was small and they were literally testing the pool and hot tub as we used it. The elevators weren't working properly and smelled.

comfortable beds. coffee machine in room. walkway to pizza restaurant next door. friendly staff at reception. coffee table in lounge area. husband enjoyed indoor pool and workout room. Ed was a very kind and helpful person working there. we liked how close the hotel was to the Basketball Hall of Fame.

The television was awful. The channel selection was terrible. We also wanted to listen to some music on the television and we didn’t have any stations to do that. There was not a radio in the room.
