The price was okay.

Breakfast was good, with enough variety. It was hard to find the water. One guest told me she walked all the way to Walmart to get drinking water only to find out it was available in the hotel, but she did not find it. There must be more signs.

Breakfast was OK. There was a soft spots in the floor through the hall. There was an odor in the hall like a mildew parking spaces were too small for pick ups, location was great everything close by we stay at best western all the time summer excellent and some art

location was perfect for our purpose. The restaurant around was great. the facilities at the hotel are so perfect. I like the staff's attention to all our issues. i like the fact that shops were around the property.

The staff (Kathy & Nicholas) were amazing. They were professional, personable, and prompt. There were a variety of breakfast options each day and the food was good.

Very poor breakfast indeed. No bacon, no beans, no eggs on 1 day, no meat at all on 1 day. Cheap food. Room was fine though.

the desk staff was unhelpful and in some cases downright rude. first night i needed to do laundry and was told to use the coin operated washer, the washer didn't work, staff said i would have to check back in the morning to get my coins back. checked back in the morning and staff said wasn't their equipment and no way to get my money back. every front desk interaction was rude. Also breakfast ending at 8:30 is ridiculous, why bother?

“Good stay near to the nice Old Town of Spring and its restaurants”

I´ve chosen that hotel due to the distance and the references I read. Especially the information in one reference about the near Old Town Spring forced my interest... Go there and taste -minimum- the Plane Level restaurant and bar! Very nice and wide choice of European wines and matching food on a high level with a very good individual service! Room, tidyness and all services at the hotel had been also fine, I appreciated the included breakfast choice.
