The resort is clean , runs well, the food and drink is extensive . And all the staff are helpful , happy and enthusiastic. Toni -Anne was particularly helpful .

First time visiting here and I had a exceptional stay, Toni-Ann our booking.com concierge and she go to the extra mile for our honeymoon, we had a good time and I'll definitely be back to celebrate our anniversary.

Thank you for an unforgettable stay! It was our first time in Jamaica and it didn't disappoint. The resort is amazing with multiple restaurant options, a big pool, sports bar and night entertainment (recommend booking a dinner show in the Senses restaurant at least once for the One Love Bob Marley show! Also the jerk and festivals from the bbq station by the beach was delicious). In general, we were impressed with cleaning standards and the variety of things to do. The buffet restaurant could have a bit more variety and the beach is not the best (rocky and small, but we knew it already before booking, just in case it's a priority for you). Initially, we found that our toilet seat was broken in the wall attachment, but we reported it in the lobby and were provided with a new room without issues. Staff is very friendly and engaging, making us feel at home and welcomed. Toni-Anne, our booking com representative made herself available and was very friendly too. Big shoutout to all the staff for their hard work and welcoming attitude.

Love that bout sides are acceptable when you book, I stayed on the adults only side , the club was a hit for me. Breakfast and lunch was the best meal I had at the resort , Toniann was my booking concierge she work at the guest services desk , she is the best trust me very good at what she does and she is very professional ❗️

Everythinggg! The staff, food and drinks everywhere and all-inclusive and lots of activities to do during the day AND during the night straight up to 2 am. My Booking.com concierge Toni-Ann took such good care of us during my stay, made me a proud client of the app. She also personally decorated our room for our anniversary day along with a complimentary glass of wine and sorted a Romantic Breakfast for us in the morning, making it easier to eat together in the comfort of our room before we leave. Toni-Ann is always smiling, welcome, confident and gets the job done! She deserves all her flowers. I also am grateful for some other specific staff members for adding to my great experience- Tevin our bellman gave us a lovely introduction, tour and guide to our room. He also sorted for us an anniversary banner for our door and a complimentary bottle of wine. He also greeted us anytime he saw us afterwards. Jouvon (server) and Fitzroy (chef) from Sakura were very engaging and took care us and all other attendees. They made us feel special for our anniversary. Nelton, from Mike's Coffee, one of the best and hardworking baristas I've ever come across- great coffee every time. Kevia (waitress) from La Locanda was so great to us on our anniversary morning. She also got us an unexpected "happy anniversary" dessert from the chef. Oswell from Route 66. Also the staff at the Steakhouse where we celebrated our anniversary night, one of the waitresses even sang to us! So sorry I don't remember the names but they all were pleasant cheerful and gave us a great night. This dinner was also booked us upon the recommendation of our awesome concierge, Toni-Ann!! As a local, I'm happy to have a great time at this lovely hotel. Treated with so much respect and love. We will be back! Thank you Ocean Eden for making our stay awesome.
