“Exceptional customer service”
The staff was exceptional I wanna shout out some very professional and welcoming persons: 1. Dontay ( reception ) 2. Miss Claudia (front office assistant manager ) 3. Andre ( Manager ) 4. Courtney ( bell man ) They made our honeymoon stay the best it could be Because of this we will be returning with the family in August 💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼 Excellent job team Customer service at its finest

“Worse experience”
Most of the staff are friendly, and when you do get some of the Jamaican food provided it was ok, especially the jerk chicken.

The room was big and very comfortable with good air con. The facilities in the resort were very good. The buffet food was varied and plentiful. The variety of restaurants was great. The pool was really big. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The coffee place was good. There was entertainment every night.
