“Gorgeous historic hotel”
This is a beautiful historic hotel which has been excellently renovated, the ground floor is exceptionally gorgeous. We only stayed one night and didn't eat breakfast in the hotel but I can say that our room was comfortable and clean and there was nothing we could find fault with.

Had drinks in the bar and was over charged. When I questioned it he said that’s the way it is. So disappointing. Even pointed out the price on the menu but he said “that’s the way it is”. Unbelievable

Lovely heritage building with a Raffles-like feel to it. The room we had, with 2 queen beds, was very spacious and bathroom was large and well set up. The three of us were very comfortable there. The peanut brittle in their boutique retail store was also very nice.

Very interesting main areas retaining original 100yr old fittings. Roof terrace was nice in the sun with friendly staff Stayed twice - the 'Delux' room was great spacious and comfortable the 'standard room' less so. Valet /door staff always smiled and were pleasant
