Toilet was filthy, the sink didn’t have hot water, bedding had burn marks in a non smoking room and there was cigarette butt under the bed as well as crumbs, light in the entryway did not work, we had to get our room key reactivated twice, there’s hardly any channels on tv, the hand soap provided is terrible-it doesn’t rinse off easily and leaves a film on your hands. The only microwave provided for use was filthy and clearly in need of an upgrade. The washing machines smelled moldy and looked broken. No microwave or fridge in room
