The hotel had plenty of character, it was clean, the rooms were well appointed and the beds incredibly comfortable. Well located for the centre of town with plenty of places to eat and shop. The staff were very nice and helpful.

“Brilliant choice of hotel”

From a very organized and well planed trip, it went south really fast. We got trapped in a terminal. Airlines made us miss our connection flights and left us stranded in the airport. Becci from Hotel Indigo was my savior. She was sympathetic and understood that we were in a bit of a pickle. I got a refund of the night missed, and they have sorted out a room for us to check in early in the morning. The other staff at reception were fantastic too im sorry I didn't write down your names. But a beautiful receptionist with brown hair was so sweet and accommodating. Also, the valet drivers were understanding and let us park for way longer than we're supposed to. So overall, the hotel staff are amazing. Thank you so much.

“Great place to stay!”

The place was so interesting it had so much character! The staff was incredibly nice. Room was fantastic nice, clean and spacious oh and quiet. The only issue was the expensive parking.

We got a free upgrade on arrival which was lovely - the room was huge, the bed was too! Bed super comfy. Spacious bathroom, very clean. Great that the lobby reflects the old style of the hotel. Evening food very tasty. Good beer selection in the bar.

Staff were friendly, easy to get to coming from the i90. Very close to a good brew pub. Nice shower (adjustable and large for us tall people), and bathroom in general.

Loud noises in the night at 2am. Continued for 30 minutes of yelling and people arguing. I felt unsafe in my room. I had a very poor sleep as a result. I was told in the morning that police had been called. Where was security? How did this person get into the hotel? I will never recommend this hotel to anyone

The room window was blocked off, and they would not give us another room. We had to leave. The advertised parking was not available and we were going to have to pay $30. They said it was bookings fault.

Location is downtown so made what we needed to do a walkable option. Yes, like every downtown, there are homeless people, but we felt safe enough. The hotel is a restored beauty. We loved the charm. The only thing missing from the room was a fridge and the front desk staff kidnly took our perishable food and ice pack from our cooler and properly stored it for us overnight.
