Lovely helpful family, great pool, spacious apartment and easy parking. 15-20 walk to good pebble beach (recently refurbished). Well equipped gym and sauna. Easy walking distance to big Tommy's and coffee shop, baker, butcher and bars. Good pizza, grill restaurant 10 mins walk (Dalmatino). Easy access to Split €7 cab as parking looked tricky.

The apartment was beautiful and spacious with a large balcony and good air conditioning (in the living room as well as the bedroom). Swimming pool was well maintained and luxurious. Extremely clean property with a choice of taking the spiral stairs or an elevator. Host family were incredible and extremely sweet and helpful! Breakfast was varied and delicious!

Perfect oasis to relax for a few days after a busy week of travelling and sightseeing. The pool is perfect and everything was clean and beautifully maintained.

“Fantastic place and super host”

We stayed 9 days at Villa Znjan and had a wonderfull time. I can highly recommend this place. The pool area is super nice, with a new pool and plenty of seats. We grilled fish and meat in the outdoor kitchen and spend many evenings outside enjoing the warm nights. The gym and sauna was also in use and both are really good. The host is super friendly and fantastic helpsome, making this place very special. The Villa is located in a quiet residential area with supermarkeds close by. Just 15 min walk away (downhill) you find the Znjan Beach which is newly restaurated with (free) sports facilities and (in 2026) cafés ans restaurants. We loved the breakfast, especially the eggs and fresh watermelon. The rooms are very nice and clean. Just 20 min with bus 8, takes you to the center of Split

Marija is an excellent host. Very friendly and happy to help in any way. Pool area is lovely, peaceful and very clean. We had a late flight the day we left and she stored luggage for the day. She also offered us the use of the pool/sun loungers for day if we wanted.

Villa Znjan is an excellent place to stay. Our host Marija was very welcoming and service-oriented, we could leave our luggage and change ourselves both at arrival and when leaving. The place itself is beautiful, very well maintained and furnished. A peaceful pool area with high quality sunbeds. Beautiful apartment, spotless and well-equipped. Two terraces, one of them with seaview. Delicious breakfast, including plums from their own garden. Highly recommendable!

The property is stunning, the pool beautiful the breakfast exceptional but the host was just even more special. We felt like we were staying with family and will definitely return :)

Marija is simply the best host and lives at the property. Room 1 was our 3 bed apartment and everything was of the highest quality and extremely comfortable, the pool, the gym, the sauna, the breakfast, the bbq/ braai built and designed superbly. I’ve written a comprehensive review on trip advisor.
