We had a fantastic 5 nights in this studio apartment. Only 2 minutes walk from the beach, 10 minutes walk to the old town and port area. The studio apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable and clean. Zdenko met us and was at hand if we needed anything. There's a local shop 2 minutes walk away if you need groceries and the Park Hotel was next door (we used the bar facilities there).

“Great location for Split visit”
A small studio but with terrace and had everything what we needed. Location is very good, about 10-15 minutes walk from the centre but in a quiet area and very close to the beach. The host is very nice and good communication. Big plus that it has a parking.

“GREAT”
A normal sized studio for two people with a terrace. Although there is a busy street and a large hotel nearby, everything is quiet and peaceful. Fully equipped kitchen with the necessary utensils. Very close to the old town and the port. Friendly and always ready to help host. We left early in the morning, leaving the keys inside the apartment.

The apartment is in a very good location, close enough to the old town, the port and bus station, and a few meters away from the beach. It is spacious, clean and well equipped. Zdenko is a good host, very helpful. Having an outside sitting space was a great bonus, especially in the evening.

I stayed at this apartment for seven days and had a great experience. The apartment is beautiful and authentic, reflecting the traditional architecture and charm of Split. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the city center, so you can easily reach everything on foot. It’s also close to the first city beaches. The street is quiet with very little traffic, which made our stay even more relaxing. The staff were very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

The location is walking distance to the beach. About 12 minutes walk to the the center. We took always the short cut through the train station. The bed is soft and comfortable .

“A lovelly clean appartment, with everything you need, near to the beach, and friendly Host.”
Everything you needed for the room and cooking was present, even some cooking oil, lots of attention to small detail. Location was great for access to the beach. The host was helpful with quick responses on messages.

This apartment was in a great location! Very close to a beach and a nice walk to the city centre of split. Very easy to catch a ferry or go into the town. The host was very friendly and welcoming 😄 we didn’t need to ask for anything as everything was as expected. Just like the photos. I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely great stay at this accommodation, right by the beach, modern and clean apartment with all necessary facilities. Fast Wi-Fi connection, shared terrace, parking on the property, kitchen with dishwasher and fridge, washing machine, comfortable bed, wardrobes, TV, helpful and nice staff... Highly recommend
