“Fantastic location, peaceful apartment, and exceptional host”

We had an excellent stay. The apartment is very well equipped and has everything needed for a comfortable stay in Split. The beds are extremely comfortable, and we slept very well throughout our visit. The location is outstanding, just a few metres from the Cathedral of Saint Domnius and the historic city centre. It is within walking distance of all the main attractions. Despite being so centrally located, the apartment is very quiet, and we were not disturbed by any outside noise. We would especially like to thank our host, Stipe. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. He was always available whenever we needed assistance and provided excellent recommendations on places to visit, restaurants, and ways to make the most of our time in the city. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to explore Split from a fantastic location while enjoying exceptional hospitality.

Perfect central location within 5-10min from everything we needed during our 2 night stay. Stipe was an exceptional host who helped us during check in/out & ensured we had a comfortable stay.

Very close to the port and easy to find. Owner met us on site and helped with luggage. He and gave us lots of tips and information along with a maps. Apartment very clean and very good size.

“Excellent host”

Proximity to the Old Town. The manager was such a hospitable, helpful and cheerful man. He even recommended us places to eat and helped us with our luggages. Rooms were well equipped with heaters/air-conditioner, good for both hot summers and cold winters.

We have been travelling to Croatia every year for 12 years now. Every time booked an apartment through Booking. We always try to find an apartment with two rooms, in the city centre, with kitchen and AC in both rooms, and outdoor place and not too expensive. It's hard, but we found one this time - except the outdoor place which we don't need anyway cause it's too hot. - Clean - AC in both the bedroom and the kitchen - Close to everything. 15 minutes walk to Ultra Music Festival, 10-15 minutes walk to the beach, 0 minutes to the city centre. - Our Host Stipe was very nice and professional. We stayed in touch via Whatsapp and needed more towels on Sunday and when we woke up on Saturday they were already on a chair outside our door. - Lots of supermarkets close to the apartment. Tommy supermarket 1 minute walk. - 3 bakerys within a 2 minute walk. 2 of them open 24 hrs a day when we were there during Ultra Music Festival - Our host gave great recommendations regarding where to eat - Nice bathroom - Comfortable bed and a wardrobe for your clothes

The friendly host met us at the door and helped us up the stairs with our luggage into a beautifully renovated and appointed apartment with amazing bathroom. He thought of all the little details including chocolate and cold drinks. The bed was very comfortable. He shared an overview of this beautiful city and included suggested local restaurants which gave us an authentic dining experience with food that was 10/10. The location is a short and easy walk to Old Split city and also close to the port with its glamorous boats, shops and cafes.

It was within walking distance of everything. Stipe the host is very passionate about his area and provide us with really good recommendations on where to visit, what to eat and how to get around. I would recommend St.Lucija.

Stipe was a great host, he met us upon arrival becuase without him parking would have been a task. He gave us good information about the city and where to eat. The apartment was large, clean and well appointed. It is very close to the citys core and all the activity.

Everything about the stay was amazing - the property is in great location and everything is within walking distance so you don’t have to spend money to get around. The host was absolutely amazing. The location is perfect. Close to the old city, markets supermarkets and the beach. The room is spacious clean and beautifully appointed. Stipe the host has made this place a pleasure to stay in. A wonderful and guest-oriented host. We were welcomed at the door, and our luggage was carried upstairs. A very beautiful apartment was waiting for us. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. Top-quality amenities. We felt very comfortable.
