Great location, 10 minutes walk to the center. The private parking is a big plus for those traveling by car. Big, comfortable apartment, very peaceful and quiet. Ana is a great hostess. We'll be back.

Lovely studio apartment 2 min to beach, quick stroll to the old town. Supermarket round the corner. The host Ana was helpful and kind, sent messages by what’s app and used online check in for our delayed flight.

Ana was an amazing host. She gave us great recommendations, including places to visit with our hire car and places to eat. The flat was comfortable and the AC and 2 bathrooms were excellent. Proximity to a sandy beach and the Riva was ideal. I highly recommend this place and hope to visit again soon.

The place was super nice. Our flight got cancelled so we had to book at the last minute but everything worked smoothly. Location is really close to beach and the apartment was super clean and spacious. They also have a cute little garden outside. Ana is such a helpful & responsive lady and helped us a lot for our stay.

Location is perfect. 7-8 minutes to Bacvice Beach. 12-14 minutes to city center. Apartment is also good and clean. Glad we stayed here during our Split holiday. It is both a quiet place away from the crowds and close to the beach and the city center in a short distance. Thank you Ana :)

“Absolutely great, couldn‘t have been better really! Highly recommended”

The location was perfect, 10-15 min walk from the center of Split and 5-10 min from a very nice beach. There is a good take-away for coffee and breakfast just around the corner. The apartment on the ground floor was very clean and modern; the kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was high quality and very comfortable. There is a very nice secluded garden with tables and chairs, perfect for relaxing, eating etc. Our host, Ana, is super-friendly and spent at least 30 min with us explaining how to reach the various sights around Split, ferries to Islands, restaurant recommendations etc. She also responded very fast to questions in the booking.com chat. We saw her several times during our short stay and she was always asking how we were doing.

The hostess Ana was sweet and quick to answer the chat if we had any questions. The facilities was great, and the room was big and comfortable with a big bed. It had everything we needed.

The property is in a perfect location, close to the city center (just about 7 minutes walking distance) and in a residential area. The apartment was really clean and fully equipped with everything you need. the best part was having 2 bathrooms being in 2 pax. Ana is an excellent host and she is very helpful giving you a lot of tips about the city and how to explore it.

“An ideal place to stay if you want a comfortable apartment in a great location for Split city centre”

This apartment with kitchen was in a great location. 5 mins from the centre of town and also 5 mins from the beach area with its bars and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and tidy and had the advantage to two bathrooms. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioners were good and also quiet. It was nice to be able to make tea/coffee etc in the kitchen which also came equipped If you wanted to cook a meal. If you want to be near the centre of Split but a little away from the busy areas this is the place to stay.
